コーカサスオオカブトをモチーフ（The motif of the Caucasus Beetle）

野生のマレーコーカサスオオカブトをモチーフに描きました。

I drew the motif of the Murray Caucasus Beetle wild.

スマトラ島・ジャワ島・マレー半島・インドシナ半島などの亜高山～帯高山帯にかけて生息する。特に大型個体の分布は高標高に集中する。名に「コーカサス」とありますがコーカサス地方に生息しているわけではありません。（「caucasus：コーカサス」とは、古代でスキタイ語「白い雪」を意味する「クロウカシス」に由来するギリシャ語で、コーカサスオオカブトの上翅にある光沢から名付けられたもの。） 

live between the subalpine-alpine zone band such as Java, Sumatra, Malay Peninsula, Indochina. Distribution of large individual to focus on high altitude in particular. It is the "Caucasus" in the name, but does not mean that living in the Caucasus region. (: The "Caucasus caucasus", the Greek word derived from means "snow" in the ancient Scythian in the "Crow cassis", those named after the gloss on the wings on the Caucasus Beetle.)
